Beautifully appointed, kitchen and lounge recently upgraded - photos on the site are old. Lots of space for the whole family. Loved the kitchen and opening to the patio and garden! 2 parking spaces - gold dust in Brixham!
Only a small point, but the fridge and freezer are both small - difficult for a self-catering family of six.

Had private driveway for large vehicle.
Location pin was incorrect, couldn't gain entry as key code was incorrect, shower drain was blocked, furniture was tired and dated, tiny dishwasher needed maintenance, freezer was tiny, smoke alarm needed attention, garden was messy, one bedroom had no towels, one bed had a thin blanket instead of duvet, kids bedrooms are downstairs, dustbins were full on arrival, actual location is up several flights of alleyway steps, neighbours were noisy and the contact phone number is another property booking agency that closes at 5pm when arrival is up to 6pm so we couldn't get into property without the neighbour giving us the cleaners phone number!!! Disappointed with Booking.com dealing with these issues. Never received 2nd confirmation of postcode/adr and pin code :-(
