Amazing villa, in a great location. Fantastic sunsets and views. Fabulous holiday. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Cavtat.
The walk to the villa from the road is a bit of a trek, however well worth the trek for the brilliant views.

The house is very spacious, comfortable and we'll equiped, including the kitchen (they have everything to cook at the house). There are several balconies with a fantastic view. We were very happy with our stay and liked everything about the villa itself.
There was a construction next to the villa and because of that we had to overcome a small challenge every day to walk up the hill with our small baby. Wasn't anything bad, but just a heads up.

Fantastic staff met us at the property to help carry in our bags and show us the villa. Villa had superb views over water, great sized space spread over 3 levels, lots of comfy beds, lots of toiletries and a welcome food pack. It was really easy to cook because they had so many useful things in the pantry etc to make it easier. We had two young children and they arranged a great cot and highchair so it was a very relaxing holiday here. Heaters helped to warm up the villa in the evenings (April travel) so it was warm days but cool nights. 20 minutes to walk into Cavtat along the beach way was much more scenic than the road way. We caught a boat into Dubrovnik for the day, much nicer to stay in Cavtat away from the crowds. We enjoyed the partial isolation of this villa, very quiet neighbourhood and peaceful.
The access is compromised for a car (can't go last 50m), so we had to walk up a ramp and follow a random path up and down a few stairs to get into the villa which would have been really challenging for carrying in luggage or nighttime but the staff carried our bags so it was all totally fine. As long as it doesn't rain (which is didn't) it's a reasonably good solution for access via car but probably doesn't have much lighting for after-dark access.
It did get windy at some points and being up high overlooking the water, we didn't get to use the terrace. But we travelled in April so it was probably seasonal. There is also a crane and building works occurring nearby, so the view isn't as perfect but still stunning.
