Very good communication with the host before and during our stay.

Very well located manor for visiting the most important castles, both south and north Tours
Reaching the bathroom on the ground floor, while bedroom was on the main floor, by stepping up and down a steep ladder, especially during the night, was uncomfortable.
Our apartment badly needs some renovation work. The two square metres bathroom needs some tiling and, definitely a more efficient ventilation. The rubber wiper for the steamed mirror was a nice touch (!), but if one wears glasses, then it is a problem, as ventilation is insufficient.
The floor in the kitchen needs, if not other tiles, at least a serious scrubbing.
The first night it was impossible to take a shower as heating was not switched on. The last morning we waited half hour for the shower water to get warmer. We had to leave without taking a shower. Maybe hot water schedule needs some adjustment.
Great potential manor, but not enough exploited. A minimum investment and care could have make it a lot more comfortable.
Reality a bit deceiving as compared to the beautiful pictures.

Lovely owner who was considerate and helpful. On a modern working farm, very beautiful breakfast on the terrace overlooking giant trees and horses. Kitchen easy too cook in and plenty of cookware. Stove top, oven, microwave, nespresso coffee maker. Elecleric store 4 minutes away with a Paul's bakery. Can not recommend highly enough.

..die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Man erreicht schnell die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Die Terrasse lädt abends! zum entspannen ein. Das Gelände wird durch ein Tor gesichert.Das Bett ist bequem.
Kein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse ( bei 10Std. Sonne)...die WLAN ist nicht besonders. Die Begrüßung war nicht sehr nett. Die Treppe knarrt und das Mobiliar muss dringends ausgetauscht werden. Die Küche mit ihren Utensilien bedarf dringend der Erneuerung ( kein Korkenzieher trotz Weinverkauf) ! Spülmaschine wohl defekt? Der Fernseher alt - keine Einweisung zur Wohnung! Trotz einem Hinweis war KEINE !!!Waschmaschine vorhanden und alle Bilder bei Booking sind nicht korrekt.
