L appartement est très propre, beaucoup d équipement, le draps de bain et torchons à disposition, le lit est déjà fait à notre arrivé et confortable.
Le logement est très proche du centre de Tours: 15 à 20mn. Pas de ménage à faire.
Parking sécurisé. Boulangerie à côté.
Hôte extrêmement gentil.
Le canapé est un peu raide quand on regarde la TV.

Logement loué pour ma fille, propre et accessible. Elle n’a manqué de rien et l’a trouvé très « chouette ».

L'appartamento è in un condominio molto tranquillo a 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Tours. È fornito di tutto ed è pulito. Il wifi è veloce, comoda la smart TV. Lavatrice perfetta (l'abbiamo usata), cucina ottima. Il divano è comodo (l'abbiamo usato solo come divano, ma diventa anche letto). Siamo stati ad agosto e il condominio era praticamente deserto, quindi molto silenzioso. Bello il terrazzino per la sera. Parcheggio interno ultracomodo.
La casa è molto, molto calda d'estate. Julian ci ha fornito due ventilatori molto potenti che ci hanno salvato la vita, ma la casa è esposta soltanto a sud quindi dentro circola poca aria rispetto al terrazzino fantastico. State pronti se andate ad agosto, negli altri mesi credo sia perfetta.
