LUXURY VILLA WITH LOCATION OVERLOOKING TSAMPIKA BEACH - SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS - BETWEEN LINDOS AND RHODES TOWN. ECO-FRIENDLY VILLA POWERED BY THE SUN. FIVE STAR REVIEWS FROM EVERY GUEST LAST SEASON.
One of a group of 3 exclusive detached villas in a peaceful location easily reached from the main Rhodes-Lindos road. The villa sits on a hillside with spectacular panoramic views including the famous Tsambika beach and monastery and a broad expanse of blue Aegean Sea.
It is a well appointed and impressive property, tastefully furnished and styled in modern design and with a swimming pool (heated on request - contact owner for details). The ground floor comprises an open plan living and dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. The spiral marble staircase leads to the second floor where there is the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms served by a family bathroom. All rooms open onto balconies, decking or patios with sea views. (Note - the villa is designed to sleep 8 but has a maximum occupancy of 9 - with an additional fold out bed and/or cot. Please enquire if you wish to accommodate 9 adults for details). The villa is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances. There is large screen TV system with Netflix, Bluray/DVD, AppleTV. Unlimited wireless internet are available for guest use. Please note that the £14 per night Administrative Fee corresponds to the 15 Euros Climate Resilience Tax, which we pay to the Greek government, so there is no need for our guests to pay this fee locally.
The villa is set on a three quarter acre plot with spacious private gardens featuring olive, citrus fruit and conifer trees and a variety of shrubs and a small established pine wood. There is a large, private swimming pool with spacious tiled sun decks equipped with plenty of sunbeds, chairs and sun umbrellas. There is a BBQ and pagoda. Two large granite tables provide the option of fine dining either in the shade of the pagoda or the decking. There is parking space for up to 3 cars.
The location of the villa, midway along the popular east coast, could not be better to fully enjoy the island. The famous Tsambika beach is a short drive down the hill (or walk for the more adventurous); this is widely regarded as the best on the island with a kilometre of golden sand fully equipped with beach facilities and water sports. This is overlooked by the spectacular and historic hilltop Tsambika monastery. There are numerous local tavernas. The Panorama Restaurant, with its spectacular views of Tsambika beach and monastery, is only 10 minutes walk away. Rhodes Town is 25 minutes drive with its famous medieval walled old town and picturesque harbour. The beautiful village of Lindos is 20 minutes drive in the opposite direction. The local town of Archangelos is 5 minutes drive and offers a full range of shops and facilities. The airport is 30 minutes drive. Other picturesque beach resorts within easy reach include Haraki, Stegna and Kolymbia. There is easy access to the beautiful central mountain region with its tiny villages clinging to the hillsides. An 18 hole golf course is 10 minutes away.
A car is considered essential to fully enjoy a holiday at the villa.
We are proud to offer the villa on a self catering basis for others to enjoy for parts of the year when we are not enjoying it ourselves. It is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.
We have installed our own solar system (we are able to do this as the grounds are very extensive) and this generates sufficient electricity to potentially enable us to be net exporters to the grid, so helping to protect the environment.
There are enhanced cleaning protocols implemented between guest stays, following stringent Greek government rules. Do not hesitate to contact the owners for further information.

Lovely villa with everything needed for a lovely holiday. In a great spot on the mountain with beautiful view of the sea.Plenty of outdoor space. Pool large with Roman steps. Had a great holiday and would happily return.

There are 3 standouts from this property - 1st is the privacy you enjoy as 1 of 3 villas in this development. 2nd is the view which is literally breath takingly beautiful perched on a hill side overlooking Tsampika beach. 3rd is the amazing host Patricia who provides great information and recommendations and responds within hours to all emails. This was very helpful in optimising our first visit to Rhodes. We were a party of 5 ranging from 22 to 64 and we all loved it. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. The location is just perfect and the view from the garden is stunning. The host, Patricia, has been extremely helpful before and during the stay and gave us lots of advices for visits and restaurants. Would have stayed there forever....
