Tranquil setting, cosy, warm, well equipped, spacious, homely , private drive, exceptionally clean, welcome flowers and biscuits were a luxurious addition. My 4yr old granddaughter was blown away by the woodland bedding and pink tv in her bedroom. I don’t want to leave. Would like to live here forever.

Size of downstairs, means larger groups aren't tripping over each other.
Facilities and bits left, e.g. games, extra kitchen bits.
Pool table.
Garden seating equipment.
Secure, tall fencing for dog and children.
Quiet neighbourhood.
Very close to several supermarkets, yet surrounded by countryside views with footpaths close by.
Lots of gated off road car parking spaces right outside the front door.
The bathroom fan could do with a separate pull for the fan, as quite noisy and loud in duration at night especially.
One or two of the sofas in the conservatory need some attention to replump up the seating (maybe add seat plumping wooden slats underneath).
