We had a lovely stay at Maytree Cottage. We were away with friends for the weekend to visit the Polar Express Experience. The cottage was only a 25 min walk to the station for the Polar Express and only a 10 min walk to the nearest pub/supermarket etc.The cottage had everything we needed and was a good size to accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. The pool table was a huge hit with both adults and children!

Comfortable, convenient, very quiet. We were away for the weekend with our son and his family, 7 of us altogether, but there’s only one bathroom which was a problem.

A lovely warm and welcoming cottage which was equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The bed was very comfortable and the bath was amazing although it did take a little while to fill, but worth the wait.
The little extras were a lovely surprise and I would definitely stay there again
The only small negative was the the unmade road leading to the property which was very muddy and full of pot holes but I did visit during the winter and it had been raining a lot.
This is a lovely cottage down a quite road with all amenities near by and I would highly recommend it.
