Friendly staff. Cleaning in the room was done daily, a crucial detail many places unfortunately overlook. The breakfast was also satisfactory. Not a vast selection like hotels, but it's more than enough to fill you up for the day :)
The Internet was good, but not exceptional, as mentioned. It was not catastrophic or anything, but my stay was due to work, and it slowed me down occasionally. It might also be due to the provider.

The accommodation is on the medical university campus. If you travel for business, it is the best place to be. It is short walking distance to the clinics and research institutions, easy to get to the town's center, and the train station. It is quiet and has a great view on the 8th floor.
The bed's location was awkward, and it was short. It could have been at least 10 cm longer. There were now power plugs for the writing desk in the room. The plugs were behind ones back and you had to walk over the cables.

The hotel has large and comfortable rooms - an amazing view of the Schwaebische hills and lovely staff. The hotel is also close to much of the student accommodation and university
The hotel is on a hospital campus - this was not clear to me when booking. This has a number of caveats within these coronavirus times. Getting in and out of the building was an exercise and there is not exactly much in the way of non-hospital facilities in the neighbourhood.
