About this apartment rental
Bergamot: The apartment, with independent access, develops on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room entrance, a bathroom, a kitchen and a storage room. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a single room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The house, just restructured, is made up of 5 self-contained units each. The apartments are different in size and furnishings, reflecting our tastes, respecting the Tuscan style, but adding personal touches that give the rooms a unique style.
Each apartment is provided with bed linen and towels.
Check in is between 15 and 17 and after that time you need to agree. Check out is set for 11:00. There are several parking spaces inside the property. Additional free parking spaces are located in the square in front of the gateway to the village about 50m from the property. All apartments are equipped with independent facilities and equipped with LCD TV with Italian and satellite channels, washing machine and dishwasher including necessary detergents, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer and in common there is also a barbecue.
The kitchens are complete with crockery, pots and tablecloths. Wifi free throughout the property.
The final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the price. The amount must be paid directly at check-out. On request, an additional cleaning fee is payable as well as linen change. Small pets are welcome. A small supermarket and other shops are located in the lower part of Uzzano Municipality in front of the Town Hall.
The nearest supermarket is approximately 4 km away in the town of Pescia.

excellent accueil et disponibilité. l'appartement correspond parfaitement à l'idée qu'on s'en fait via les photos. le petit village médiéval est calme et particulièrement beau. En somme une excellente adresse que je recommande vivement.
