It was a stunning house where everything was well-equiped. That every bedroom has its own seperate bathroom is wonderful. You can find 3 two-person bedrooms + a childrens bedroom in the villa and additonal 3 sleeping places in the garden shed, also well equiped with a seperate kitchen, bathroom and airconditioning. As far as I am aware, eveything was very clean and sufficient. The pool and garden were spacious with stunning views on the Adriatic coast. A bummer was that the pool would close in the later evening, which could be a great opportunity to cool down in after diner. The host who lives directly next to the drive way under the pool is super friendly and really willing to help you out, despite not speaking Serbian or English. Great guy. Also the cats and turtles living around the villa acted as great company. Within 5 minutes, you can reach the coast easily as pedestrians where enough entertainment and diner options are. When renting a car, enough space for prive parking is availbe for at least two cars. Keep in mind that the alleyway to the villa can be quite steep. For 20 euros a taxi can take you to the city centre of Budva. Conclusion: absolutely recommend it

We liked the pool and the location. The garden and figs were great. Spacious rooms. Some enjoyed the beds and some not.
We felt that we were constantly watched and told want to do. Outdoors sitting was uncomfortable and didnt fit the amount of guests. Kitchen cupboards inside dirty. Not well equipped. Fridge not cold enough. The guest unit was uncomfortable and we did t use it. The oven didnt work there. For many the mattresses were uncomfortable.

The villa was very well equipped and in an excellent location, 3 minutes walk from the beach. We loved the swimming pool, which was cleaned every day. The housekeepers that live in the flat below were very helpful.
There were 6 of us in total, 2 couples and 2 singles. The villa was advertised as having 5 bedrooms but 2 of the bedrooms are in a separate lodge across the garden and so we had to pay a supplement.
