Öncelikle kendine ait otoparkının olması, otopark anahtarını size teslim etmeleri ve kendi istediğiniz zaman böyle otopark konusunda pahalı ve yer bulmanızın zor olduğu bir şehirde insanı çok rahatlatıyor. Sahilin yakınında olması. Market ve yemeklerinin yan binalarda oluşu size zaman kaybettirmiyor. Stari Grad'a deniz kıyısından yürüyerek keyifle ulaşabilirsiniz. Otobüs durağı ile de arasında 3dk lık yürüme mesafesinde ve ücreti 1,5euro şehir merkezine ,Sveti Stefan'a 2,5€ ücret ile ulaşabilirsiniz. (https://medexp.site/budva-sveti-stefan-budva.html)

Everything.Beach is 3 minute walk.Shops,takeaways,restaurants,taxi all in 1 minute walk distance.Stayed there before and will stay again.Super place and have its own kitchen and fridge in the room.All super🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Spacious and clean apartment with a kitchenette. We felt like at home. Big bonus is a terrace. Perfect location with plenty of shops closeby. Staff is nice and helpful, 10/10 for them.
Everything was great. I was a little worried when I saw two bad reviews, but I checked - the tourist tax is something that is not included in the price and that every legal guest is obliged to pay (1 euro per night).

No aircondioner in one of the rooms - impossible to sleep .
Owner was kind to provide a vent which helped a bit .
Bathroom stinks, no proper air ventilation.
Honestly quite surprised by relatively high scores of this apartment at booking.
