High quality of accommodation, cleanliness, ideal for short stay in the town, or business trip. Perfect location and communications with the owner by wats up. Possibility of free parking in front of the building. You can see the EU buildings from the window.

Very smooth, efficient and friendly communication with host; room very functional and easy to handle (lighting, shutters, heating, kitchen equipment). Thanks for real reading lamps, a conventional coffee machine (yes!) and a microwave, simple knobs to regulate the heating, and real double bed. The location right next to the European Council and Parliament and the neighbourhood are stylish and worth a stroll. Bakery and small grocery store nearby. Bus stop 150m. Free Parking right across the house. Very good, very convenient. Last but not least: Value for money!
The heating emitted a varied repertoire of different sounds which at times were a bit annoying. We had considerate fellow guests, but noise does travel in the building (especially the doors). The room was maximally functional and clean but devoid of any charm and cozyness.
