About this apartment rental
The 1-room apartment on the garden level is located at the end of a short cul-de-sac. Adjacent to the open field you can enjoy the wide view. Nevertheless, the central location offers the best shopping, as well as bus, train, doctor, pharmacy, bank etc. nearby.
The 30sqm apartment is modern, 2018 newly renovated and comfortably furnished, with covered south / west terrace, kitchenette with 2 plate stove, DU with glazing, toilet. 2 new mass-produced solid wood beds (birch plywood) can be placed either as a double bed or individually over the corner. During the daytime, a corner sofa can be designed with ease by rolling (s. Images). With connecting part, the double bed creates a continuous mattress.
Free parking directly at the house (between garage and house 17c). Larger cars please park in front of the entrance to the small cul-de-sac on the street opposite. Bicycle shelter available.
Distance to Lake Constance 1.5 km, about 20 minutes walk through the nature reserve on a beautiful walk on the river Aach along. Here are the free natural beach with sunbathing area, the pile dwelling village and the ship landing stage, as well as the reptile house. To purchase, bus, train about 5 - 10 minutes
The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people for a relaxing holiday.
Uhldingen is famous for the unique lake village (World Heritage Site), as well as the boat landing directly to the island of Mainau, as well as the free natural beach, reptile house u. u.u.

In bad weather, the beautiful thermal baths in Meersburg and Überlingen with their large saunas relaxation areas to choose from.
Arrivals and departures preferably Saturday to Saturday or longer. Short breaks (possible in split times) 3-6 nights.
In and around the house have 2 dear cats their territory, so no animals can be brought.
In the summer months from the 1st of April to the 15th of October a local tourist tax of € 2.00 per person and night is payable, which you must pay to the landlord.

Für 2 Personen sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung mit Möglichkeit, den Rasen des Gartens z. B. zum Frühstück zu nutzen. Wir haben es getan und sehr genossen.
Sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen.

Kleine zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist mit sehr schönem Garten in sehr schöner ruhigen Lage.Mit Fahrrad ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
