A light & airy apartment that has a sophisticated seaside theme, quality fixtures & fittings.
There is one stair case to the apartment, once inside it is all in one floor
Lounge/ dining room & kitchen are open plan & the room has a large bay window. There is a 49inHD 4K Wi-fi TV with Netflix & DVD
The one bedroom has a double bed with sumptuous bedding & benefits from touch lamps, tassimo coffee machine, USB ports; phone cables, Bluetooth speaker,hair dryer/tongs, quality dressing table
The shower room ensuite has been renovated to a high standard.
Tea/coffee/Milk & biscuits are provided for your arrival
Enhanced cleaning continued, dedicated box for my guests with antiviral/bacterial sprays, a thermonitor & anti bac wipes for surfaces. All mattress covers/pillow covers changed between every guest.
Entry is by a key lock , no problems with socially distancing, also so you can arrive at your lesuire from 1500 ( often earlier if I can)
There is parking outside the property on road/drive with no permits or restrictions
Air conditioning unit & fans available for the hot weather .

The flat is compact, very light, and airy: With all the home comforts you could ask for. I stayed as an essential worker, working away from home, and it was a fantastic little safe haven at the end of the day. Everything you need is available and then some. The lady has put a huge amount of thought into making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This was a lovely apartment. Everything was as expected with some nice extra touches. The flowers were beautiful. Plenty of info on the property and things to do in the region. An easy walk into Cromer.
Would recommend to anyone who is planning a visit to this area.
