The view spectacular both of the sea, beaches and the pier.
Also the side windows meant I could watch the whole Carnival parade from the apartment.
Location excellent as right in the centre of Cromer near beach and seafront but also all the shops, pubs and eating places.
Microwave plate missing. Although we did not need to use the microwave anyway.
Hazardous step up and down in the bathroom.
Second storey so a lot of stairs for my aching hip but was aware when booked this.

Nice and spacious. The views.
Could not open any windows due very poor maintenance. Window blinds and brackets fell down due to crumbling plaster work (cosmetically painted over). Bathroom window was clear glass so had to place blanket over the frame at night for privacy. Was promised twice the blind would be replaced and it never happened. Poor communication by the manager.

Location, host, flat size and furnishings all fine. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were lovely. I enjoyed being there apart from the details below.
many maintenance and repair jobs need doing. I made a list and left it with them. it would only take a day for a handyman to fix up the broken blinds, blocked bath, hand basin plugs, noisy loo flush, kitchen mixer tap, basic paint touch up here and there.
