The location is incredible. You cannot get closer to the Gondolas up the mountain. The apartments are large for where they are and very comfortable. We had a great view of the mountain.
The apartment is well kept and very functional but it lacked a slight update to certain facilities and small touches e.g. the dishwasher was old and the rail was broken, the stove and pots are dated, no soap is provided and once you run out of toilet paper, you supply your own. Again though, these are minor in comparison to the space you get as a family and the location.

Great location in the heart of the village and right between the two main gondolas.
The pillows on the beds were very thin and a bit lumpy, however, when I asked for more pillows to be delivered it was no problem.

Location is great bit noisy but to be expected due to central location. As long as the windows are shut not a problem. Property is very clean and beds comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better location which is why we are returning next year.
Felt very transactional like a business. Having been coming to Mayrhofen for 14 years we’ve never experienced this. On arrival it was very difficult to make contact with anyone. They’re very strict on not providing any entry details until 4pm. I’d previously been told that we could leave our luggage and own skis and boots at the premises until our room was ready only to spend over an hour trying to make contact using the numbers on the door at the property. This meant 4 of us were stuck outside cold after travelling through the night. We eventually made contact and was kindly given access early after being told we couldn’t go in. We only needed to leave our luggage but there seemed to be a language barrier. Kitchen is very basic and although there’s 2 hobs it’s not possible to fit 2 pans on to cook for a family. Could do with some cushions on the sofa for comfort. Seems possible the property has had previous issues with guests behaviour and have set very strict rules. Not everyone is there to be wild, some families are there to have a nice time and be respectful of the property.
