About this house rental
Ultra private, gated hill top estate at the end of a cul-de-sac . The architecture flows with a true sense of luxury inside and out, an infinity pool with spectacular views of the canyon from almost every room highlighted by the beautiful finishes throughout the house. Glass doors open to a lush outdoor space surrounded by nature. Take a dip in the infinity pool by a two-story waterfall, mature trees and sunset views. Enjoy the indoor jacuzzi, or the outdoor jacuzzi for six in absolute privacy.
EXTENSIONS:
Extending your rental beyond the originally agreed-upon checkout date requires a surcharge: 20% for the first extension, 30% for the second and 40% thereafter.
SHOWINGS
The owner may need to show the property to potential renters during your stay. It is agreed that you will allow the showings at a mutually agreed day and time. $100 will be credited to your bill, with our gratitude.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 15. Because of this, we need a $10,000 refundable security deposit to prevent unauthorized gatherings, and pay for utilities.
If more than 15 people are on the property at any time, there is a penalty of $250 per person starting with the 16th person. So if 20 people are on the property we charge $250 x 5 = $1,250, etc. The balance of the deposit is promptly refunded to you.

Last house at the end of a culdasac. Gated home. Makes it feel very private. Nice views. Communication was great. We had a blast!

Very nice home. Top end appliances, well decorated and very functional and comfortable. Three bedrooms on the ground floor each with private bathrooms as well as a loft bedroom offer plenty of space for a family or group. Property manager is great, always readily available with maintenance staff also very responsive. Highly recommended.
