Really friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room, comfortable beds and funky decor. Lovely fresh breakfast. Central location and parking very close by.

The staff at the reception was exceptional!
Rooms are very small and the bathroom (the part with the toilet) had a slightly open window that we couldn’t close so it was super cold

Close to Orleans train station. Close to old city area. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Staff were great and attentive.
No fridge or tea/coffee making. Small room but comfortable. No TV for foreigners. Internet not the best. Parking is difficult - you can get a discount at local parking facility or get very lucky parking in the street.

We paid the room’s price two times -on the Booking and in the hotel. We asked, they gave back, but it’s not good.
