About this house rental
The Old Dairy was rebuilt in 2017 and converted to become a sophisticated living space; 2 bedrooms both with en-suite shower-rooms, an open plan living room and kitchen. Underfloor heting throughout.
The Old Dairy is adjacent to the farmyard; French windows open onto the stone terrace with views into woodland. Parking is close to the front door, there is level access up to this and accommodation is all on ground floor level.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and ceramic hob.
A corner sofa makes a comfortable place to relax; a rectangular farmhouse table seats 6.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, plenty of storage space with a built in cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with task lights. En-suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Heated towel rail. Heated LED lit mirror.
Bedroom 2 has a super-king size bed / twin beds, cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with task lights. En-suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Heated towel rail. Heated LED lit mirror.
Terrace with table and chairs for outdoor eating; barbecue available upon request.

We had a wonderful stay. Gill was a great host. The accommodation, including the kitchen, had everything you could need. Beautiful countryside, villages, walks, pubs, supermarkets all nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

It's a bit of a trek, off the beaten track, but once there, WOW!!
Absolutely fantastic place. All modern appliances etc.
Gill was very helpful & friendly.
If you've never experienced this part of Surrey, as was the case with me, it'll blow your mind!
I have no hesitation in recommending "Homeaway" and this great accommodation, we were thoroughly satisfied.
