Location is great. Host very nice,
Apt 1 is in a basement. Very little air and light. Electric radiator heating was random. Worked some of the time. Some kitchen pans not suitable for use due to eroding non stick coating. Would never have rented a basement apartment had I known.. Internet works only some of the time.

La struttura è una piccola palazzina composta da tre unità abitative: un seminterrato, un piano rialzato e un primo piano (disposto su due livelli). Noi abbiamo alloggiato in quest'ultimo, e devo dire che è stato ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Al livello più basso è presente la camera da letto, al livello superiore è presente cucina, salotto e bagno, oltre a questo è presente un terrazzo con sedie, tavolino e sedie a sdraio, e un balconcino, anche questo con comode poltroncine. In cucina è presente tutto quello che può servire, anche la lavastoviglie (e i prodotti per utilizzarla). In salotto c'è un ampio divano e un ulteriore letto matrimoniale, c'è anche l'aria condizionata. In bagno è presente la lavasciuga con detersivo. Abbiamo trovato anche stendino, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro e phon. Quello che ci ha davvero lasciati piacevolmente colpiti è stata l'attenzione del proprietario, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli (e due mappe) per visitare tutte le zone circostanti, ottimo il suggerimento del parcheggio a Lubiana, visitare la città è stata una passeggiata! Inoltre è stato super presente per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Anche la zona, super silenziosa, in cui è situata la struttura è stata perfetta: circa 10-15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il lago, a pochi minuti sono presenti due supermercati e un ristorante. Super plus: gli animali sono ben accetti!
