Historic and stately option in the heart of Padova and the rooms are beautiful. Luca was especially helpful and friendly in assisting us with arrangements for our car in the hotel's courtyard as well as in providing recommendations on Padova's many historical sights and squares. The palazzo is extremely convenient for a visit to the Scrovegni Chapel, which was our primary objective. Very good communications via WhatsApp about specific arrangements as we got closer to our stay.

Breakfast was delicious, modest but everything was well prepared. They offer fresh cooked eggs in addition to a buffet spread.
The staff was very responsive. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful; the receptionist, while only present in limited hours spoke excellent English and assisted with getting taxis and making sure we understood how to exit the property very early on the day of our departure.
There was a small garden open during the day
The room lighting could be better. The curtains and drapes were difficult to open and close.

Lovely big room in a grand old palace right in the heart of Padua. The room and bed were huge. The bathroom was also a good size. There was a comfortable sitting area. We didn't have the breakfast.
There was no hair conditioner here which was a shame and the bathroom was a little dark.
