Diamantino Town House

The location is just superb. Look out of the window and see the astrological clock. Look out onto a big square, in the morning a market in the evening transformed into drinks etc. However, while they were putting up and taking down these markets and cafes it was as quiet as anything. The location could not have been better. This is so central to where you would want to be in Padua - lots of markets and things to see, cafes and restaurants. We used it as a base to walk to all of the sites in Padua - nothing was more than a 20 min walk away. The room was great - as said nice view from window. Plenty large enough without being luxurious. All equipment was there and totally clean. We met the reception staff a couple of times and talked by WhatsApp etc, very helpful and friendly. Large desk with maps and things to see etc on it. So strongly recommend for holiday in Padua - great base for exploring.

Friendly communication, although exclusively via phone and Whatsapp. The room and location were great.

There was no real breakfast, only a few packaged supplies in the room. It wasn't a problem though with plenty of options around.

Location and size of room. The bed was comfortable.

Great location in the heart of the Piazza. Within easy walking distance of everything the old town had to offer. Accommodation was clean, tidy and reasonably well appointed.

The top room in the house is not for the faint hearted......many steep stairs! "Breakfast included" was a selection of cakes wrapped in plastic and a coffee machine. I should have read the reviews before I booked as others have mentioned this. No view of the square from the room, just next door. The boiler in the bathroom fired intermittently all night, which was irritating. Nothing major but lots of small things made this stay poor value for money as it is expensive. I would not recommend.
