Perfect for us. It’s not a hotel so do not expect one.
Great staff and very accommodating. It is clean, has a kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee/tea station. They had a jug with water in the shared kitchen.
There four rooms in the flat we stayed in. It was near the station, 20 mins to Venice by bus. We bought 2 day Venice pass and this covered our bus trips from here, all our boat taxi, tram worth it.
Super market near by, which also sold freshly cooked and microwave meals. We went eat out, Chinese few doors down, 25 euros for food for two.

It is close to the train station, restaurant, bus stop, and grocery store.
It has a working ac and roomy bathroom.
It is a budget hotel, so as long as you set the right expectation, then you should be fine.
It can get noise from people above the room or from other guests in the apartment unit.
While it provides packages of shower gel and shampoo, I recommend bring your own set as well.
The bath towels smelled sour - it might be the type of detergent they use.
The communication with the host is timely, and I would consider non-responsible. As an example, I communicated at least a month in advance about my late check-in, and after multiple message and WhatsApp call to get a reply about €20 fee of check-in after 8pm.
The kitchen only has kettle and microwave to use.

Loved the location to the trains into Venice. Liked that there was a kitchen we could use, however I felt we needed to wash everything before we used it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Our toilet was almost against the wall and really close to the sink at the front. It was an odd bathroom configuration. Dishes & utensils felt dirty, so needed to wash everything.
