Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, well located, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The only downside was a design issue with the bathroom door, which made it difficult to open and not very convenient to use. Aside from this, everything else was excellent.

the room was cold and the heating wasn't working. The air conditioning was cold and should not be working in the Winter time.

Spacious clean room. The receptionist was friendly. We were gifted with 2 nice plastic cups to fill up with the free gluwein offered at the lobby. And also a bottle of jam. I had a good experience with the hotel.
Some sewage odour from the bathroom but it's not too bad after airing it.

Breakfast was ok. Bed linen was clean. Available parking. Staff is nice.
Very old and dirty hotel generally. Bathroom in the room was old, dirty and with mold. Amount of hot water was not enough to take shower consequently. “The view” is to the train rails, so it was very noisy starting from early morning. The location is in the walking distance to the city center, right next to the railway. The area is dirty and not pleasant.
