I was a single occupant in a 3 bed room so the space was tight but it was fully functional. Good shower and everything was clean. The staff were OK but could not speak English but they were still nice.
The television. It is so annoying when you can't figure out how to work the TV. Apart from that everything else was fine. Good value and the tram stop was a 5 minute walk. I would stay there again. A really good pizza place was close by so I can't really complain.

Luckily I didn’t read the bad reviews before booking. It’s not in the center but close to bus and tram stations, so you can get easily to the city center or train station. The reception is opened from 14:00 for check in that was good cause other hotels usually 15:00 so I could check in at 14:00 already and go to the city. The stuff is kind and helpful. They decorated the reception nicely.
Also before my arriving I had some questions and they answered fast.
Around the accommodation you can find lot of shops, supermarkets, sport shops etc.
The room was ok, private, was hot water and heating is working, was super warm.
Calm, I could rest and sleep good.
The price is great, special this time of the year.
I really liked that you can reach the rooms from outside, totally like in an American movie.
It’s great for the price and this time of the year Strasbourg is specially beautiful (it is always).

It was cheap and easy access
Room too hot even with a fan and we booked 2 rooms and weren’t on the same floor
