About this house rental
Ponza typical house, completely restored about 8 years ago. It is located in the Center of the village of Santa Maria a 100 meters from the piers of the Marina.
The House is structured on two floors, with a splendid terrace with breathtaking views of the port of Ponza.
The renovation was done in detail and presents high-quality finishes, but suitable and in accordance with the spirit of the holiday home by the sea.
On the ground floor and the living room are located one bedroom a bathroom and kitchen.
The living room leads through an internal staircase to a mezzanine room furnished with a sofa bed (a square and a half) and with a private bathroom.
From the kitchen you access via a staircase to a seafaring bedroom and terrace.
And fully equipped terrace with BBQ, outdoor shower, sun beds and a table under the Pergola for 10 people.
Under the Pergola is a wooden structure with cushions to lie down.

Paolo was very responsive and helpful, from initial booking to check out. Paolo met us at the ferry and showed us around the area and introduced us to some of the local people. He also gave us a thorough tour of his home and explained how everything worked. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. It was perfect for our family of 4. I hope to return next summer! Thank you Paolo!
