The accommodation is very well located, not far from the port but just far enough to be quiet. It also makes it easy to visit the island. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The terrace is a real advantage and it offers a very beautiful view. The owner is very responsive and was very helpful with arrival and departure. A very good address on the Island of Ponza.

Il monolocale è accogliente e funzionale, ampia e panoramica la terrazza vista mare. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero eccezionali; oltretutto Fabrizio ci ha dato delle ottime indicazioni per godere appieno di tutti gli aspetti di questa meravigliosa isola!

Dopo numerosi consigli abbiamo finalmente deciso di visitare L'Isola di Ponza. Che dire? Amore a prima vista. L'aria e l'atmosfera che si respira nel porto è magnifica, per non parlare delle bellezze naturali che offre l'isola. Il nostro soggiorno a casa di Fabrizio è stato eccezionale. Il monolocale "Oleandro" si trova in zona Conti immerso nel verde e con una terrazza vista mare come si vede in foto. L'appartamento è confortevole e tranquillo, adatto sia a coppie che a gruppi di 4 persone. La cosa migliore è stata comunque l'ospitalità e la cordialità del padrone di casa, sempre presente per ogni nostro capriccio o necessità. E' inutile dire che consiglio a pieni voti questa soluzione.

Accolti in maniera squisita dai padroni di casa ( oserei dire persone d'altri tempi per educazione e disponibilità ) abbiamo trovato una camera pulita e accogliente. Per non parlare delle ottime indicazioni sui luoghi da vedere e i ristorante dove mangiare. Consigliamo questa location per i soggiorni a Ponza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra, anzi meglio!
