About this villa rental
The property is located in the city centre, in the countryside, with an unobstructed view. It is set in a peaceful area. You will find all the comforts. The house is completely independent and offers air-conditioning. It is close to our house and has a fenced garden all around it. You will enjoy the view of Aubenas and the valley, at the end of which you will find the Ardèche River. There is a parking space for 3 cars. There are three covered terraces (one by the kitchen, with furniture, the second one with Ping-Pong table and table football, and the third one is a solarium). There is a large tiled pool area with furniture. You will find a 12x5-m gated pool, heated by a heat pump and covered. You can swim without worrying about the weather (wind or rain). Pool maintenance is assured. Beach towels are provided. The pool has been completely renovated in 2012 using the latest technology allowing chlorine absence, less aggressive for the water and the eyes.
There is also a private barbecue. Under conditions, it is possible to offers a bread and pizza oven. A travel cot is available. The holiday rates can decrease depending on certain elements (length of stay, etc.). You can play outdoor games (table football table and Ping-Pong table, boules balls). There is Wi-Fi in the house and around the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Villa, with a heated pool for the children (two girls aged 9 and 12), ping pong table and boule for entertainment. An outdoor grill, table outside (and in), parking is easy, lovely trails for running recommended by Paul. The villa is close to the town, just a short walk (15 mins downhill), where you have lovely boutique shops and restaurants. We also booked a canyoning trip. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Paul for being a great host.

Wir , mein Mann und ich, die Kinder 15 und 16 Jahre und unser Labrador haben einen herrlichen Pfingst-Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet und sauber, der Pool mit 28 °C angenehm temperiert und das Wasser herrlich. M. Goubert hat uns am Anreisetag alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Aubenas und Umgebung gezeigt und auch Restaurant-Empfehlungen gegeben. Auch für die Teenager bietet die Umgebung viel mit Kanu- oder auch Kart fahren und auch das Zentrum von Aubenas, wo man nett shoppen kann, ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben die herrliche Landschaft beim Wandern genossen und auch die herrlichen Höhlenmalereien der Grotte Chauvet bewundert (Karten online buchen). Zum Abschluss wurden wir von unseren reizenden Vermietern auf ein Glas Wein eingeladen. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Abend mit französisch-deutscher Unterhaltung. Wir können das schöne Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We arrived after a long drive from Epernay. We were greeted by the really friendly owners Jean Re and Lise who warmly welcomed us and showed us the villas facilities. The owners son Paul also maintained email contact to ensure we had everything we wanted, which we did. We felt that this was one of the best equipped properties we had stayed in. The villa was particularly tidy and clean. The owners are nearby in case of any questions but never intrusive. Jean Re and Lise made us feel very at home along with the high quality of the villa. The views are amazing and on a clear day you can see Mont Ventoux in the distance. It has a lovely heated pool which is large and three covered terraces and a lovely outdoor barbecue. Customer service from the owners was excellent, the area is lovely to explore. Be sure to do the gorge drive around Pont D'Arc. A very relaxing week with top tips for wine buying! Knowledgeable helpful owners on hand to help you have an amazing stay. On our last day Jean Re was kind enough to give us a route to Menton which took us right over the top of Mont Ventoux which was stunning (thanks Jean Re!) We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and would return if ever back in the area. You have everything you want here and some nice extra touches as well, a very happy stay.
