The Upper Bakery is a mix of contemporary comfort with a traditional twist. There is a comfortable leather settee & lovely solid oak furniture.
it has a 49inch Smart TV with wifi & complimentary Netflix, DVD & DVDs to watch.
It has a light airy feel with an open plan, high ceiling, lounge, kitchen dining room. Kitchen has integral fridge & washing machine & fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There will be Tea, coffee, sugar, flowers, milk & biscuits for your arrival.
The one bedroom has a double metal framed quality bed & is fabulously sumptuous with bright quality bedding & plenty of storage space. Hairdryer & tongs provided. There is a TV in the bedroom
Suitable for up to two people. & one child up to age of 12, there is a quality foldable bed to go into bedroom or lounge, There is room for a travel cot, please be aware there is open stairs within the flat. Stair gate is provided
There is a Tassimo coffee machine & selection of coffees for your enjoyment. A blue tooth speaker is available for you to connect to your compatible devices.
The shower room has a spacious corner shower & sink has an soft towels. All bed linen provided, all you need is beach towels.
This is a 3rd floor flat, so there are stairs up to it. Enhanced cleaning continued, a dedicated box with antiviral /bacterial sprays. Thermoniter & antibac wipes for surfaces.

the property is lovely, has everything you need, and is well located for access to Cromer city centre and everything that the area has to offer.

A really lovely flat, clean and beautifully furnished. Lots of thoughtful little touches. We found we had everything we could possibly need. Warm and cosy. A bit of a treck up and down stairs to let our dog out (but not a problem as we knew this when we booked) and there is a little garden at the back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

We regularly have a holiday in Cromer and Flat 3 is the best one we’ve stayed in so far. It is very well equipped and furnished also tastefully decorated. Not that we needed to use all the facilities since we were out much of the time. It was good to meet Annette who showed us round Flat 2 which will be of interest another year.
