Good value for money. The bungalow is quite large and well kept, apart from the garden.
The booking information needs to highlight that there are two Harbord Roads. One in Cromer and one in Overstrand. The post code needs to be used to ensure the sat nav goes to the correct one.

We had a lovely stay.
The house was clean and had everything we needed.

It was very quiet
Could not park off road
Tv not fully working - only internet tv
Some pictures of the property not up to date
Had to request key code - it wasn’t forwarded before arrival
There were cleaning products but most were nearly empty and left all around the property
