A wonderful Farmhouse awaits you, fully renovated with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathroom , offers the modern comforts , Ideal for any season.
Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, patio, garden,large swiming pool wit sunbeds and umbrellas as well as a heated outdoor shower, stone barbeque .
The 350 sqm home is comprised of seven bedrooms, with seven bathrooms. On the grand floor chitchen nex to large dining room that overlooks covered patio where you can rest on the beautiful armchairs or have lunch al fresco.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything a chef could want. All appliances are brand new, including: gas range, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. An adjacent full dining room (seats 14) Tuscan BBQ and extraordinary fenced garden children play safe.
The seven wives with independent bathroom are bright and equipped with every comfort. Large wardrobes , very comfortable beds, windows with curtains and blinds.
For your enjoyment, the house has wi-fi internet service throughout.
Regarding the price, the property specifies that the villa can also be rented to a different number of guests with a reduction in internal spaces but always renting to a single group of friends or relatives.
Set on hilly and flat acres, the house is eight kilometers from Anghiari, which was voted one of the 10 most beautiful hilltop towns in Italy and 10 km from Sansepolcro , city of Piero della Francesca, Cortona area city of Luca Signorelli, Arezzo, Siena & Florence
Many wonderful destinations, including Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Arezzo and Rimini, are within easy driving distance and serve as great day trips. For the more adventurous, Rome and Pisa are each just a 2.5 hour drive from the house.
Getting to the villa is simple, there are nearby airports: Perugi, Sant Egidio international airport, 30 minutes by car. Florence 50 minutes by car, Bologna and Pisa just 90 minutes by car.
In 2026, we will celebrate the 800th anniversary of the birth of Saint Francis. Our villa is located near the most important Franciscan sanctuaries: Assisi, La Verna, Montecasale. Come visit us in October for the celebration on October 4th.
Holiday days pass quickly in the large spaces of the house and the location allows you to move around easily. The owner can help you and your family choose the best itineraries. You can go on bike or e-bike excursions along the Apennine ridge or along the floodplains of the Tiber river, you can instead decide to go fishing or visit museums where the most beautiful works of art in Tuscany are found, you can decide to visit cellars with tastings or simply enjoy the Tuscan sun.
Every week you will find a farmer's market with local products, on Wednesdays you can take part in musical performances in Anghiari in the evening, or on Fridays you can see the Meratino del Tarlo in Sansepolcro. In Arezzo, every first Saturday of the month, a visit to the famous craft market is recommended.

Luca was an absolute excellent host. Offered advice on local activities and restaurants. We had a group from age75years-2 months, and everyone was delighted entertained,and happy! Could not have been a better place to call home for 2 months! We hope to return again! Grazie Luca!

A week full of fantastic memories and family time in the beautiful house. We were 13 people and the house was big enough. We can only recommend this to everyone.

Stayed with my kids and 4 grandkids (9 in total) and we had a splendid time. Pool was great and lots of nearby attractions to keep us all occupied. Meal organised at the house was superb- leftovers provided lunch next day.

I lived in the fantastic country house my family and me, for one week . Its has large spaces, ample rooms, the gardens, the games and the wonderful swimming pool are amazing. The owners were fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Luca and family.
