Beautiful independent villa, 550 sq. m., made up of a main house and an annex 30 metres away, holding up to 12 people with 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The property has a swimming pool and private outdoor space, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and is the perfect solution for groups of friends or large families looking for a trip together while maintaining independence and privacy.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The villa has a large garden with a lovely lawn and stone walls, hedges and flowering bushes. On one side of the lawn you will find the swimming pool, with a curious shape, with a depth of 0.5-1.4 metres. Elegant wood flooring surrounds the pool and you will also find sunbeds and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side there is an arbour with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and a small construction with a wood oven and stone barbecue perfect for making pizza. Every side of the garden has a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. There are parking spaces in the property.Interior
Villa Belvedere has been carefully restored not long ago, mixing the traditional aspects of a Tuscan country house with new materials and light colours. The bathrooms, all different from each other, are original and practical. The main house is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace, the modern, fully equipped kitchen, the dining room with a large table for 12 people, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled persons), a small bathroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will immediately notice the wood flooring, with two double bedrooms each with bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two beds with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bathroom with shower which is also accessible from the ancient outdoor staircase.
The annex has an interesting structure and is spacious and bright, with large windows without curtains which make it feel like a large indoor garden. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and the dining room. Five steps down take you to the equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is a loft above the living room which has a large double bed in the middle, while on the other side of a partition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub with hydromassage and underwater lighting. The windows are typical of an ancient barn and let light enter, but you can’t face them and they can’t be seen from outside. This is ideal for those who like being woken by sunlight.
Location
This splendid villa is on a hill in Chianti and is part of a large farm which produces excellent, well-known wines. All around are olive groves and vineyards which creating a beautiful view. The villa is isolated from the main part of the farm and is perfect for admiring the surrounding panorama.

The villa has Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning, baby bed, high chair, complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, parking in the property.
Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (all changed weekly), water, electricity, gas, heating and air conditioning, final cleaning, cleaning halfway through your stay (for 2 week reservations), Wi-Fi, welcome basket with fruit and two bottles of wine, a tasting in the farm’s wine cellars, baby bed and high chair. You may also request the following services, upon booking and to be paid for at the villa: a cook for breakfast and dinner, babysitter, extra linen changes and daily cleaning.

The pool is available from April 1st-October 30th. Pets are allowed at the fee of 100 Euros per pet. You arrive at the house via 1.5 km of gravel road in good condition.Activities and Distances
The villa is between Florence and Siena, making it easy to reach many Tuscan towns and cities. The Florence-Siena motorway is a few kilometres away, and from here you can reach Florence in 30 minutes and Siena in even less time. We strongly recommend spending an evening having an appetizer in Piazza Signoria in Florence or in Piazza del Campo in Siena. For those how love smaller towns there is San Gimignano, which has been described the Medieval Manhattan for its famous towers. We also suggest the Chiantigiana road with small towns like Radda and Castellina in Chianti boasting marvellous views of the surrounding woods and vineyards. For golf lovers, near Florence there is the Golf del’Ugolino, or the Poggio dei Medici in Mugello.

Villa Belvedere on the Le Fonti Vineyard exceeded all expectations! Our entire family - grandparents - adult children - and grandchildren - enjoyed the pool and grounds as a base camp to explore Poggibonsi, Volterra, San Gimigano, Peccioli and Montereggioni. Our host, Sonia, connected us with Chef Nando and his team and we all enjoyed the cooking class and incredible meal. The sunsets were breathtaking and every turn provided more beauty than before. Our host was extremely responsive and made sure that all our needs were met and that we were comfortable and happy. Our only regret was... we had to go home... and when we did, we left a bit of our heart in Tuscany, knowing that we would need to return and enjoy the culture, food and people once again.

We booked this property for two families (9 guests ranging in age from 13 to 54) as our base for a week long stay while we explored Tuscany. The property was our sanctuary from both the crowds and the summer heat - it was a relatively close to all of the places we explored, including Siena and Florence, and a great place to return to each do to take advantage of the pool as well as the outdoor dining options. Our hosts were fantastic - Fabio and Cinzia went out of their way to make a perfect stay even better. When we are back in Tuscany this will be a the top of our list to revisit.....and I hope we can.

Der Aufenthalt im Haus war ein Genuss. Besonders der Pool ist großartig. Wir sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden und haben auch exzellente Empfehlungen für Restaurants erhalten, die wir z.T. fußläufig erreichen konnten. Auch die Weine des Gutes sind von hoher Qualität.
