The ground floor welcomes you with an entrance to a living room complete with flatscreen satellite TV, fireplace, seating, and DVD player. A dining room leads to a well-equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a flexible bedroom with option for single or double beds, a bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer, and a study. Central heating, air conditioning, cot, and a terrace complement the comfort, while upstairs offers four additional bedrooms.
The villa balances social gathering and private retreat beautifully. Shared spaces like the kitchen, living and dining rooms encourage connection, while multiple bedrooms and the study allow quiet downtime.
