The city view and the bar up on the 11th floor! So convenient when you’re staying at The Porter. You can have a quick bit and a few drinks without worrying about driving.

The location is nice as well as the rooftop bar/lounge. The views are decent but not able to get a full view of the river unfortunately. The front desk staff was nice.
The hospitality staff were rude and couldn't be bothered to help. I ordered room service and the food was decent. When asking the staff for additional items like cream for our coffee or hot sauce for our food, we were met with an eye roll and a very impatient staff member who looked visibly bothered. Room service immediately tacks on a 20% gratuity, which I have no issues with as I am a generous tipper and would have liked to add more to my bill however, with the attitude I was met with, it made the experience extremely unpleasant. We never received what we'd asked for, in addition, prior to check out (nearly two hours), and I ended up leaving without eating my meal. Very disappointing.
