The Grove is a newly built 600 sq. ft. studio guesthouse designed for comfort, convenience, and a touch of Pacific Northwest charm. Surrounded by towering trees and with its own private entrance, it offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to everything you need.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout with sleeping arrangements for up to four guests — a queen bed plus a daybed that converts into a second queen. A dresser, side tables, a console table with a calming fountain, and a small closet provide plenty of storage and cozy touches.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a dual-oven gas range (including an air-fry oven), full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a wide selection of cookware. Small appliances include a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, milk frother, rice cooker, and even a popcorn machine — perfect for both everyday cooking and special nights in.
A dedicated workstation with desk, docking station, and monitor makes remote work simple, while the spacious bathroom offers modern finishes and a hair dryer. For longer stays, the in-unit washer and dryer make life easy, and the mini split heating and cooling system keeps you comfortable year-round.
When it’s time to unwind, enjoy the smart TV with Chromecast and YouTube TV, or choose a classic evening with the selection of board games provided.
