I would rate this hotel an average 3 star. There's some good stuff, especially the location- very central and close to most facilities like the old town, shops, transport links etc. Our trip was mainly to attend the Nice carnival which was 10 mins away, so it was convenient. The staff are friendly and there are many shops, eateries around. Also the hotel is very clean and maintained well However, the good stuff ends there. There are many problems: 1. WiFi didn't work 2. The bedsheets are changed every 3 days 3. The lift is extremely narrow, hardly for 2 thin people, or only 1 with luggage 4. There's almost no sound proofing. We could hear even the door opening, every conversation and every bed creaks in the next room 5. 2 of the 4 days we started there there was horrible smell at the reception

The room was extremely small.. not enough to roam around for 2 ppl. Wifi doesn’t work inside the room. The shower has hot water but no pressure to the water. Otherwise good. Location is superb, very near to nice ville. Plenty of shops cafes n restros nearby

This hotel was ok. It was a shame whoever was in the room next door was shouting constantly- even at 3am. The walls are very thin and it was hard to sleep with noises of doors slamming and talking. Good location.
