Somehow my credit card had a weird message and they couldn't collect payment. I got one message from them, tried updating my card, sent them messages (including getting Agoda to message them) with no luck. Also if you show up later than like... 8? Then you probably won't be able to get in unless someone is randomly leaving and trusts you, so yeah, not the best. The actual hotel person was nice and checkout is painless but ehh, also kinda far from the main part of Nice... Didn't bother trying to learn the bus app for Nice. Mehh

Front auto check in pad was not working. Fortunately someone saw the clerk nearby and alerted me to him. Otherwise would not have been able to get into my room at 9pm. They gave us a non smoking room as requested but it reeked of smoke. Location is great though. Room is comfortable.
