Large room, high ceilings. Large bed and comfortable, firm mattress.
The front desk receptionist, Zinthia, was exceptional. Very friendly and great restaurant & local site recommendations. Brought up a blanket while I was out for dinner and somehow got the awful noise in the ventilation system to quiet down.
Strong sewage/feces smell in bathroom. Nice "rain:" shower head, but when turned water on, wall mounted shower head, flew off wall, hitting me, spinning around wildly and spraying water everywhere. Mid-march, only a thin sheet on bed. Air con/heating system incredibly noisy; sounded like an airplane.

It was in a good location. The nature reserve allowed for a dark sky and very fresh air with lots of birds to be heard.
There was a stain on one of the bed sheets.

Love the location and the staff
The air conditioning never seems to work no matter which room we have which in summer is a big problem.
The shower drain was blocked and when we had showers the bathroom flooded, this is very important to fix
