The receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful.
The location was very convenient.
The windows of the room facing a back alley had a lot of foot traffic in the middle of the night and you could easily here every tiny detail of the conversations and noise.

Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Bed comfortable.
Shower was poor, either very hot or very cold.
Room right next to the train line which was really noisy.
