My partner and I have travelled a lot but we have truly never experienced the service Sofie gave us, and the Black Hotel experience. It seems like they used a little bit cheap materials, and I need to renovate it again.

The deco is nice
Had to wait to get the room when I had explain every thing prior to reaching the hotel. Had to pay extra 150 euro for shooting and 200 euros guarantee on top of the 295 for the room. Service was slow and not friendly. Room was cold and heating took ages to warm up. Noisy: Work in progress in the hotel.
