It is also close to many golf courses. The house consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen, habitable, is adjacent to the large living room with dining area, fireplace and a sofa with two more beds. The house is surrounded by a large garden equipped with a barbecue and an eating area.
