About this villa rental
The apartment is internally composed as follows: an entrance with a green wooden door, stairs, table with chairs. An eat-in kitchen with fridge, freezer, 4-burner stove, electric oven, dishwasher, TV, boiler, crockery, pots, pans, baking trays, testo for piadina, grill pan, aluminum and glass lids, plates, glasses, provisions , LAVAZZA coffee machine A MODO MIO and MOKA coffee maker for 6. A living room, with oval table, bar cabinet, TV, sofa bed, chest and bookcase. First double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers and TV. Second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. A bathroom with built-in bathtub and shower, bidet, toilet and sink with mirror and cabinet. An attic storage room with cleaning supplies and a washing machine. Guests have access to all parts of the apartment. The radiator heating of the whole apartment is in all the bedrooms, while the Galletti hot/cold/humidity heat pump air conditioners are present only in the bedrooms. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2015, the systems are up to standard and fully functional, with all the certifications and user manuals.

Clean, cool, beautiful property for a family reunion. Easy walking distance to beach or centre. Lovely well-kept garden. Comfortable beds and furniture and well stocked kitchen. Stephen was friendly and helpful.

We felt at home very quickly in this lovely house. The space was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the garden area during the day and in the evening. Very well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook family meals with a large fridge and freezer. Just a ten minute walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants and the local supermarket is just five minutes away. Good value for money.
