RICCIONE ALL- INCLUSIVE SEA VIEW with HABITABLE TERRACES
Large apartment high level renovation design fine finishes ON THE SEA in a quiet residential area but close to the entertainment and life of Viale Ceccarini, Viale Dante and RIMINI, with pedestrian and cycle path (BICI provided). Very close to the TERME di Miramare (on foot) to the train station and F. Fellini AIRPORT. Area with restaurants and food shops, BUS stop under the house. PRIVATE CAR PARKING
Council: against winter bronchitis and other ailments take advantage of the nearby TERME with Salsobromoiodic Waters, Mud, Massages, Cures of various kinds. They are really a stone's throw away and you can walk there along the beach, alternating daily relaxation with health and preventive treatments.
Also in the area adjacent to the bathroom (included in the price Umbrella and sunbeds) there is the School of Sailing Wind Surf School

L'appartamento è del tutto conforme alla presentazione che avevamo letto sul sito. Molti elementi di comfort, tra cui parcheggio privato, ascensore, aria condizionata nelle stanze da letto e nel soggiorno, terrazza di servizio con lavatoio e spazio per stendere (in aggiunta alla lavatrice), terrazza di soggiorno con vista mare.
Arredamento moderno, di buon gusto e funzionale, compresi servizi e cucina (con lavastoviglie, forno a vapore e microonde).
Pulizia buona.
Ha corrisposto pienamente alle nostre esigenze ed è adattissimo in particolare per gruppi familiari fino a 5 persone.
Un plus la posizione: in una zona di Riccione più tranquilla del centro (facilmente raggiungibile), per andare in spiaggia basta attraversare la strada e si trova lo stabilimento "Le Dune Beach", dove un ombrellone era già a nostra disposizione (molto gentile lo staff de "Le Dune", in particolare il signor Cristian); la spiaggia è ampia e profonda, le distanze rispettate.
Siamo molto grati a Mara e suo marito per l'assistenza fornitaci nel mostrarci tutte le caratteristiche dell'appartamento e nel darci le indicazioni che di volta in volta ci servivano. Non ultimo, la disponibilità ad adattarsi ad esigenze non standard di check-in e check-out.
