About this house rental
This three story house, located in a historic conservation area just a few minutes walk from Waterloo station, is finished to an excellent standard and offers stylish contemporary open plan living with exquisite outdoor space.
Walking distance to the Southbank and close to major tourist attractions.
The house is regularly used for film and television. The house has been featured in the Property & Homes sections of the Times, Telegraph, Metro and Evening Standard newspapers.
The house offers guests an open plan Kitchen and dining area on the lower ground floor, Amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, Television, two dishwashers and plenty of cooking equipment.
Living room and dining room on the ground floor leading off to a tropical garden. Dining room table seats 6 people. Garden seats 5 people. There is a sofa bed that opens up to sleep one person.
Master bedroom with super king size Tempur mattress and ensuite. Amenities include Nespresso coffee machine, Tree of Light lamp with bluetooth speaker and wireless phone charger, television and hair dryer.
Second bedroom with double size Simba mattress. Amenities include a lamp with bluetooth speaker and wireless phone charger and hair dryer.
Like major hotels, we use Stalbridge Linen to provide guests with Bath Towels, Bed Linen, etc.
The following services are available for an additional fee:
- Daily parking passes.
- Early or late checkin.
- Linen change during your stay.
- Housekeeping services.
- Use of an air bed.
Meet and greet to hand over keys and welcome guests in the house.
Collection of keys on checkout.
There are mobile numbers for guests to call if there is a problem.
House rules: No shoes. No pets, No parties. No smoking. No outside guests unless approved by host.

This was the perfect place for our stay. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to Waterloo Station. Great location with plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. Shannon is an awesome host and was extremely responsive to all of our questions during and after check in. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was a very clean, comfortable, and convenient home for our family. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay with them. Their hospitality was amazing, thank you to Shannon and David.

We had a great stay here. Very affordable and Shannon was a great host. He even found a piano keyboard for us so our kids could practice while we were away. Easy walk tp Waterloo station and to some of the nearby attractions, like London Eye, Tate Modern and Borough Market.
