Plenty of space, beds and linen all good quality and comfy
Building work right in the courtyard and driveway all day Thursday and early Friday morning meant we were woken up and very noisy all day. We were working long hours at a show and during our break we couldn’t relax, early Friday scaffolding being put up directly next to us from 7.20 in the morning. The owners should have known this and made us aware. It really did upset our stay.

location and size.
Some of the details were disappointing. The mattresses in the double rooms were substandard at best (we did not use the twin room). Things like a drain plug not being connected to the control so the tub shower drained slowly or a bare screw without the intended attachment in another bathroom were too common.

Plenty of space, good communal area for a large group. Nice bed linen and towels. Excellent location for theatres.
Would have been nice to have some wine glasses and champagne flutes. Some of the mugs were chipped.

Great location, good size and space. Clean and tidy.
The shower in our room wouldn’t work due to water pressure on the system. The toilet in our friends room wouldn’t stop flushing.
