The location of this house is amazing. The view from the back porch shows the ocean framed by redwoods. You can hear sea lions on the beach. I cannot imagine a more beautiful location for a house.
 The furnishings for this house leave much to be desired. With just a little bit of love, this could be an amazing property. The furniture was outdated and not very comfortable. One of the chairs or the kitchen table was broken. The bathroom does not have a fan and is extremely outdated. The sheets and other furnishings are very old it could be replace very easily.

Nice deck with a beautiful view and a hottub we used every day. Check-in and out was very fast and easy.
Beds were TERRIBLE. Twin beds sank into the spring mattress, and the queen bed was very uncomfortable and had a foam pad to avoid mattress replacement. Kitchen condiments were all nearly empty, pots and pans were dirty, couches had no padding, and bathroom towels were very rough on the skin. It was a beautiful cabin with a lot of potential but those going on vacation want to relax, for that you need to be comfortable.
