About this villa rental
Charming holiday home with private pool.
The house offers:
- on the ground floor a lounge with open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, induction plates etc ...) of 50m ² which gives access to the terrace. A parental suite with its room of water and a bed in 160mx200 gives also on the terrace with barbecue. The WC are independent.
- upstairs, two separate bedrooms, one with a bed 140x200 and one with two twin beds 90x190. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
-the swimming pool of 6mx4m is private
We have no sleeping arrangements in the living room to maintain a comfortable living space for all and access to the outside adapted to the rhythms of each!
The house is equipped with WI-FI and each room is air-conditioned, so as to offer everyone the comfort that he wishes. Linen is provided (sheets, towels and dish towels). There is also a washing machine.
We ask you to be kind enough to leave the house as clean when you leave as you found it when you arrived. The cleaning kit is at your disposal (vacuum cleaner, mop etc.). You can also choose to take the housekeeping option at 60 €.
The house is located at:
- 25 min from Avignon, its theater festival and its palace of the popes
- 25 min from Arles, its arena and its international festival of photography
- 25 min from Nîmes, its arenas, its Roman heritage and its féria
- 20 min from the baux de provence
It is also a perfect place to rest simply by the pool taking advantage of the generous sun of our beautiful region!

We had a great stay in this house. Caroline was a great host. The house and pool were bigger than expected. If you want to visit Avignon, Arles, nimes, pont du gard, st Rémy/glanum, aigues mortes etc. this is a very central place. Nice private property.

Excellent property which had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in Provence. Caroline is an excellent host and always on hand to provide information and help.
The only thing worth noting is the stairs are very steep and may not be good for small children or people with reduced mobility

de woning is groot genoeg voor zes personen, boven zijn er ruime slaapkamers , grote douche ,badkamer .
De apparaten in de keuken zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit
Overal airco aanwezig zeker een pluspunt
de badkamer beneden is eerder klein en je mag niet vergeten het dekseltje op het doucheputje te leggen of je hebt last van een vreselijke geur, dit zou beter worden gezegd bij het inchecken. Ook de BBq is aan vervanging toe.
