My husband and I are in our late 70's. The house info hid the fact that it has a narrow, spiral staircase from the first floor to the second. This was difficult for us and my older dog to manage, but we just moved carefully and slowly. Otherwise we loved the house--windows with gorgeous views from every angle, a dog courtyard, big comfy beds and in one of our favorite spots in TSR.
Btw, we have been coming to Sea Ranch and renting properties at least once or twice a year since 1981, so we know what we like, and this house was terrific except for the staircase.
