The Location is close to the beach. Extra Room - We are a family of four with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is so much better than a hotel.
The key location was listed as under a mat...it would have been nice to have more details such as top of the stairs as it was actually under a fully carpeted area. Darcy sent a credit after there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap found in the unit. The kitchen is very basic - only one pan could be used in the oven - another baking pan/sheet would be helpful. The TV was tricky to figure out and we would have appreciated instructions. The master shower has two shower heads however one shower head was broken while we were there.

I booked the property for some friends and I for the weekend. We were wanting enough beds for 4 and at least 2 bathrooms with showers. We opted to stay together for meals, wine and to sit by the fire place on the porch in the evenings. This property checked all of those boxes. The parking spot was a plus as well. The location was fantastic and the property was clean.
There were 2 major issues with the property. First, one of the bathrooms had NO hot water, making it useless for showers. This was a huge inconvenience as we all needed to leave together in the mornings. Second, one of the reasons we rented the home was to use the fireplace on the patio. The first night it ran out of gas. I had texted the owner the next morning for a new propane tank so we could enjoy the fireplace for our last night. When we got home the tank was still empty. This is after she had text me to let her if we ran out of propane. We took the propane tank from the BBQ to use for that night.
