This beautiful 2nd story 2bedroom 2 bath beach condo, with hardwood
floors throughout and new commercial grade carpet in all bedrooms, consists of a open floor plan, SMART cable TVs in all rooms, , tasteful furniture, a 6-person dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom is in the back of the house with a queen bed and an attached full-size bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a full size tub/shower. The front entrance to the house has a great beach atmosphere with a covered patio (patio on right).
You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of Entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!
We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys (shared), 2 Boogie Boards, Surf Board (shared), Beach Wagon (Shared), 4 Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Umbrellas and 6 Beach Towels. We can also offer beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure.

Great experience with this location, great access to the beach, plenty of beach chairs, wagon, towels, toys, etc. available to us with this rental. Brenda was fantastic and walked us through the unit on everything, gave us the option of adding A/C unit for the week (which worked amazing for us). Brenda was so helpful and we enjoyed our stay with no issues!

I can't say enough good things about this place! We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything we needed was included in the unit! When we arrived EVERYTHING was beyond clean! You can tell the pride the property manager takes with presenting the property to each new renter! And she was available anytime I had a question! Super comfortable place. Spacious and wonderful location. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This was the perfect t spot to stay! Steps from the beach, and has all the equipment to enjoy the beach vacation! Chairs, toys, shade. All you need is a swimsuit & a good book…. Oh and your kids!
